Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for Women in Camillus, NY
Serving women throughout the Syracuse area
At Restore Pelvic Wellness, care begins with listening. Every woman’s body and experience are different, which is why treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals.
By looking at the whole body and the whole person, we work to understand the root causes behind pelvic floor symptoms and guide women toward lasting strength, comfort, and confidence.
Pelvic floor symptoms are more common than many women realize — but they are not something you simply have to live with.
If you are experiencing bladder leakage, pelvic pain, pressure, or discomfort during pregnancy or postpartum recovery, pelvic floor physical therapy can help.

Our Approach
-
Restore
Care begins with understanding the root cause of your symptoms. Through a detailed evaluation, we assess how your pelvic floor, breathing, posture, and movement patterns work together. Early treatment focuses on calming the system, reducing pain, tension, and sensitivity while helping your body feel safe and supported in movement again.
-
Rebuild
As symptoms improve, treatment shifts toward rebuilding strength and coordination. We restore balance across the pelvic floor, core, and surrounding muscles through personalized exercise, hands-on care, and movement retraining so your body can move with greater ease, strength, and support.
-
Return
Our goal is to help you confidently return to the activities that matter most to you. Whether it’s exercise, daily movement, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or intimacy, the goal is to help you return feeling stronger, more confident, and free from the symptoms that once held you back.
Dr. Stacy MacDonald, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor Specialist
Hi, I’m Stacy — the owner of Restore Pelvic Wellness Physical Therapy.
My passion for pelvic health began after the birth of my first daughter, when I experienced my own postpartum pelvic floor challenges and became determined to find real solutions. That personal journey sparked a deep commitment to helping other women navigate similar concerns and feel confident in their bodies again.
I’m originally from Syracuse and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University after completing my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Syracuse University. After several years living and practicing in Atlanta, my family and I recently moved back home to the Syracuse area, and I’m so excited to serve the women in this community.
Outside of work, I love running, lifting, reading, and spending time with my husband and our two daughters.
