Passionate About Women’s Pelvic Health
Helping Women Find Answers and Relief from Pelvic Floor Symptoms
“My passion for pelvic health began after the birth of my first daughter, when I experienced my own postpartum pelvic floor challenges. Like many women, I found myself searching for answers and became a little obsessed with understanding what was happening in my body and finding real solutions. Through my own experience and hearing the stories of other women navigating similar struggles, I realized there is a significant need for better care and support in this area. That realization ultimately led me to specialize in pelvic health physical therapy, and I’ve never looked back.”

Hi, I’m Stacy — the owner of Restore Pelvic Wellness Physical Therapy.
My passion for pelvic health began after the birth of my first daughter, when I experienced my own postpartum pelvic floor challenges. Like many women, I found myself searching for answers and became a little obsessed with understanding what was happening in my body and finding real solutions. Through my own experience and hearing the stories of other women navigating similar struggles, I realized there is a significant need for better care and support in this area. That realization ultimately led me to pelvic health physical therapy, and I’ve never looked back.
I’m originally from Syracuse and studied Exercise Science at Syracuse University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2012. I went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta in 2016. My family and I spent several years living in Atlanta before recently moving back home to the Syracuse area. It feels incredibly meaningful to return to the community where I grew up and now have the opportunity to serve the women here.
I have completed training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute as well as other advanced coursework in pelvic health. I enjoy working with women experiencing all types of pelvic floor concerns, but I especially love supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Michael, and our two daughters. In my free time, you’ll often find me with family and friends, out for a run, lifting weights, reading, or trying out a new restaurant, show, or sports event in the area.
